I think this product works great. It really seems to have strengthened two broken molars in the furthest back of my mouth. One broke quite a lot, and I was eating soft foods for a while 'til I could find a dentist to pull the tooth. All I know is this stuff works and it works VERY well. After one use, the sensitivity in my teeth lessened significantly.
